The Uzbek Cast Iron Kazan 8 l is designed for authentic outdoor cooking inspired by traditional Central Asian cuisine. cast iron retains heat exceptionally well, distributes it evenly and gives pilaf, soups and stews a rich, authentic flavour.

The round bottom is ideal for cooking over an open fire or on a tripod. The flame surrounds both the base and the sides of the pot, creating even heat for perfectly cooked meals.

Before first use

Rinse the kazan with hot water, dry thoroughly and lightly coat the inside with vegetable oil. Heat it gently to create a natural protective seasoning.
