AirBox Cover for Outdoor Air Conditioner Units

AirBox air conditioner cover is a durable metal enclosure designed for outdoor AC and heat pump units. It helps hide technical equipment, improve the appearance of the facade or terrace area and protect the outdoor unit from direct rain, leaves and everyday outdoor exposure.

Modern metal construction with flat roof

The AirBox cover features a flat roof, closed side panels and horizontal front slats. This construction visually conceals the outdoor unit while maintaining airflow openings that are important for proper equipment operation.

Adjustable installation on ground or wall

The cover can be installed in two ways: on the ground with adjustable feet or mounted to the wall using adjustable brackets. This allows the AirBox enclosure to adapt to different installation areas near houses, terraces, offices or commercial buildings.

Galvanized steel with anthracite finish

The enclosure is made from galvanized steel sheet with a thickness of 1.0 ±0.09 mm and a galvanized 30 × 30 × 0.8 mm steel frame. The anthracite RAL7016 powder-coated finish blends naturally with modern facades, fences and outdoor structures.

Tested coating for outdoor use

The powder coating complies with REACH requirements, has passed adhesion testing and completed a 1000-hour ageing test. Full welding construction, galvanized steel and 304 stainless steel fasteners help ensure long-term outdoor durability.
