The “CASTELLO Light” greenhouse model is designed for planting peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, strawberries, grapes, roses and other cultures, as well as early planting of greens, radishes and onions.
CASTELLO Light greenhouses have 1 m distance between the bows. The size of the greenhouse is determined by the width of the polycarbonate sheet. Thus the greenhouse can be of any length that can be divided by 2m.
The greenhouse frame is made of galvanized steel profile pipes with 40x20 mm cross-section.
All of the above described characteristics create a monolith construction, which ensures that the greenhouse will serve you safely for a long time, and also, if necessary, the greenhouse can be extended.
It is possible to install a greenhouse on the ground or a foundation (foundation is not mandatory for installation). If the greenhouse is installed on a foundation, it is necessary to purchase an additional fastening.
We offer additional ventilation windows for bigger greenhouses (starting from 3x8 m and larger) to ensure an excellent air exchange and a microclimate that is beneficial to the plants. The ventilation system is important not only for a good exchange of air but also for regulating the temperature and avoiding condensation. High temperature (above +30°C) interferes with the creation of pollen (no pollination takes place). As a result, several varieties of tomatoes can have difficulty creating fruits causing flowers and fruit sets to fall off.
