In the end, the organic material should turn into a dry, powdery organic fertilizer of a dark colour, which is almost uniform, without any mildew or insects.
When choosing a compost bin, the size should be determined by the planned volume of organic waste. The compost bin can be made of any material: metal, wood, plastic; however, it must be able to withstand the load, conduct and retain heat, which promotes the activity of microorganisms.
